Orders
Here is an overview of the ordering process from beginning to end. There's helpful advice for you and a guide to what we do when we receive your order. So here's how it's done.
Creating Your Account
You are welcome to browse our site for as long as you would like to - browse our products, read any information, add items to your basket and so on. You don't need to register for this.
If you want to place an order, you need to register - this is very straightforward. Click Create New Account. Complete all of the details and click the Create User button.
Fill in the details you are happy to share with us, remember an address will be essential if you want a delivery from us, when you have done just click the Finish button. You will then be sent an email confirming your registration. Now you can place an order.
Finding what you want to buy
The next thing is to find what you're looking for. This can be done in two ways (if you get stuck, don't worry, just email us at: info@onestopnaturalshop.co.uk and we'll help you find what you're looking for):
By Category
On the home page choose and then click on one of the sections listed in the centre of the screen. You will be presented with a list of sections. Click on one and browse the product list.
To return to where you were click the Back button at the top right of the list.
Alternatively use the tabs along the top of the site or the list at the left side of the site to navigate through the different categories of products available.
Quick Search
Use our search facility by typing in what you're looking for in the Search box on our Shop pages. Click the Go button. Any results found will be listed for you.
If you need further information on any of the product click on the product name or image and you will then be taken to the Product Details page. Here you will find all of the information you need relating to the product including
• a detailed description
• a list of the main ingredients
• a larger image
Add to your Basket
When you have found the products you want to by click the Add button.
You will see the product being placed in your Basket on the right of the screen.
If you would like to order more than one of a particular product, either use the arrow next to the quantity to reveal a drop down list to select from, or simply enter the number you want to purchase in the quantity box before clicking the Add button.
If you change your mind about ordering a product you can delete it by clicking the red X next to the product in the basket.
If you want to alter the quantities of any product you will be able to do so during the check out procedure. Alternatively click on the View Basket button, this takes you to a page where you can see all the items in your basket and also amend the quantities.
From your basket you may either click Continue Shopping to return to the shop and add more products to your basket, or click Proceed to progress through checkout.
Checkout
Once you have added the products and quantities you want to your basket then click Checkout button.
If you're not logged in you will be asked to do so, and then you will be shown a Delivery address.
If this not the address you want the goods to be delivered to then please enter the correct address details.
If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address (the billing address must be the address your payment card is registered at) please check the box under ‘Billing Address’. Now enter the correct billing address.
Once the details are correct, click the Proceed button. (If you want to make a last minute change to your basket, click the Amend Basket button).
Place Your Order
Review the items and quantities you are ordering and check the delivery and billing addresses are correct. If you wish to change them at this point either click the Change Your Details button. To change your basket you must then click the Amend Basket button
Payment Method
Choose how you would like to pay
Confirm Order
If everything is OK then tick the box I agree to Terms (make sure you've read them first!) and then click the Confirm Order Now button.
That's it, you're done. Now it's up to us.
What We Do
As soon as we receive your order we begin the processing. It's all very simple and straight forward and you'll be kept up to date during the whole time.
Receive Order
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days. (Most orders are dispatched either the same or the next working day, but some can take a little bit longer.) If any items are temporarily out of stock you will receive an email letting you know, and explaining if alternative products are available.
Dispatch Order
All our parcels are collected by Royal Mail or courier at the end of each working day. For details on all our delivery services and delivery guidelines, go to our Delivery section in Our Services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know this has happened. These confirmation emails either go out in the evening when the parcels are collected, or the morning of the next day.
Complete Order
When your parcel has been packed and is ready for collection by Royal Mail or courier we will then take payment from your card. You should receive a payment confirmation email to let you know when this is complete.
