Cancellations

If you no longer want the products you have ordered, you can cancel your order.

To do this, simply send an email with the subject 'Cancel My Order' to info@onestopnaturalshop.co.uk. Please include your full name and order number in the email so we can locate your order easily and cancel it straight away.

Please note that we can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If you want to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns Procedure. Payments will still be processed in this eventuality.

If you cancel prior to dispatch and you have paid by credit or debit cards your payment will be cancelled.
